Objectives - Benefits & Values

On clicking on the words 'Missions/Benefits' from the previous menu the information architect will be presented with the following screen: This screen displays the anatomy of the 'Benefits' complex evolving object which is subdivided into the; Prosperity; Robust; Esteem; and Perception statements. Note the acronym PREP which produces the phrase 'PREPare your Benefits'. By clicking on any of the benefit tags, the RA1 will be able to assist the 5 chief officers (COs) define and record the four benefit statements. The menu bar will enable the architect to print the results The following screen shows the 'Prosperity' benefit: Using these screens the RA1 can work on each 'Benefit' statement as well as their associated Value statements. The following screen shows the 3 'Value' statements associated with the 'Prosperity Benefit': The RA1 together with the 5 COs will be able to define and record each of the 'Values' supporting their appropriate 'Benefit'.
