A better and faster way to plan How many times have we heard the expression "If you fail to plan, then plan to fail". Everyone plans! Then why do most plans fail to deliver? The reason why a plan fails lies firstly in the failure to uncover the ideal business model which best suits the enterprise's needs before actually executing any plan and secondly in the time it takes to formulate the plan.
